First Time UserWelcome to Century Bank OnLine Banking. These instructions help you to log in for the first time. You may want to print the page so that you can use it as a guide. Click on the Log In button on the top-right hand side of this page. Locate the First Time User button and click on it. On the First Time User page you will be asked to type in your email address, account number, account type, password, security question, and security answer. The password is the last four digits of your social security number. Please note: if you have accessed Phone Banking and have changed your password there, your Phone Banking password will also be your password on the First Time Log On screen. Click "Submit". Next, you will be prompted to choose an "Access ID" (this is your "screen name"). Your Access ID must be between six and twelve characters - it can be made up of either numbers or letters - please note: letters are case sensitive. Last, you need to create a secure password. PLEASE NOTE : Your Century Bank Online Banking password will require a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 characters, including at least one number and one letter. The letters will be case sensitive. Please do not chose an Access ID that might easily be guessed (such as your first initial and last name). Do you need assistance creating your password? Identity thieves may easily guess passwords and Login ID's containing information that is easy to obtain such as: current address, phone number, social security number, and names of family members. Remember to not use the same passwords or Login ID's on multiple websites. It is a good idea to record your Access ID and Password in a secure place for future reference. We will never contact you via email asking for your Access ID, password, social security number, or any other personal information.
