Business Account Services and Fees
Effective July 1, 2004
Basic Business Checking
- no minimum balance
- 50 items free per statement cycle (checks written or deposited,
ACH debits or credits and deposit slips)
- for items in excess of 50, charges are: 5¢ for paper
items and 20¢ for ACH debits and credits
- 10¢ charge per coin roll & currency
strap deposited/ requested
Business Checking
- $2,000 minimum balance
- if balance falls below $2,000 a $12 monthly maintenance fee will be
assessed
- 200 items free per statement cycle (checks
written or deposited, ACH debits or credits and deposit
slips)
- for items in excess of 200, charges are:
25¢ for paper items and 20¢ for ACH debits
and credits
- 10¢ charge per coin roll & currency
strap deposited/ requested
Business Checking With Interest
- $3,000 minimum balance
- if balance falls below $3,000 a $12 monthly maintenance fee will be
assessed
- 100 items free per statement cycle (checks
written or deposited, ACH debits or credits and deposit
slips)
- for items in excess of 100, charges are:
25¢ for paper items and 20¢ for ACH debits
and credits
- 10¢ charge per coin roll & currency
strap deposited/ requested
Analyzed Checking
- no minimum balance
- monthly maintenance fee of $12.00
- earnings credit* is applied to daily collected balance
- credit can offset monthly maintenance activity fees
- 15¢ for paper items and 10¢ for ACH debits and credits
- 10¢ charge per coin roll & currency strap deposited/
requested
* Century Bank’s earnings credit index is 1% below the 3-month
Treasury Constant Maturities, as quoted by the Federal
Reserve Statistical Release for the prior month. The earnings credit is
applied to the daily
collected balance of your account. Collected balances are
adjusted for float and reserve requirements.
IOTA Checking Account
- no minimum balance or service charge to attorney
- $10 handling fee subtracted from interest earned prior to ACH
to the Florida Bar Foundation
- This is a tiered account with three levels:
- $500 to $1,000
- $1001 to $2,500
- $2,500+
Premium Business Money Market
Withdrawal restrictions apply**
- $3,000 minimum balance
- If balance falls below the $3,000 minimum a $12 monthly maintenance
fee will be assessed
- Interest is paid on daily collected balance and compounded daily
- tiered interest rates:
- $0 - $ 4,999
- $ 5,000 - $49,999
- $50,000 - $99,999
- $100,000 - $249,999
- $250,000+
**Regulatory transaction limitations: Federal regulations require no
more than six pre-authorized transfers or withdrawals per month, of which
only three may be third party checks. An excess transaction fee of $5.00
per withdrawal applies to withdrawals made in excess of six per month.
Business Savings
- $500 minimum balance
- If balance falls below the $500 minimum a $5 monthly
maintenance fee is assessed
