How much does OnLine BillPay cost?
There is no set-up fee and the basic CB OnLine Account Access Service can be used to access simple account information without a fee. If you decide to try our online bill payment service the cost is fifty cents per transaction; fees are debited from your account on a monthly basis. Many companies accept ACH (automatic clearing house) payments, however some firms do not accept electronic transfer of funds, therefore you must allow 5 to 7 business days for check payments to be processed and sent through the mail.

IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE: Century Bank and our affiliate OnLine BillPay provider, CheckFree will NEVER request information from you via e-mail. Do not respond to any email asking you to confirm personal information such as: your email address, account number, address, phone number etc. A fraudulent e-mail may include the bank's name, logo, a link to what appears to be a bank email address, website name or list a trusted bank employee's name and may mimic a genuine e-mail in every way. The simple rule of thumb is that Century Bank and CheckFree will not send you any requests for personal information through email.
If you receive what appears to be a fraudulent e-mail, no matter how legitimate the request may appear, do not respond to the email. Instead, immediately forward the email to us at spoof@centurybankfl.com or call our Fraud Control Officer at (941) 366-1050 (out of town, call (800) 344-6889).
